By creating an account or using StudyWise AI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your Account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity in your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).

Subscriptions and Billing

StudyWise AI offers a Free plan and a paid StudyWise Pro plan (monthly or annual). Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Nova Credits purchased separately do not expire. See our Subscription Policy for details.

AI Features

AI outputs are generated by models and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it for exams or important decisions. Do not input content you do not have rights to. See our AI Usage Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. See our Acceptable Use Policy for prohibited conduct.

Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the service. StudyWise AI retains all rights to the service, branding, and software. Your study content remains yours.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudyWise AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or exam performance.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, unless otherwise required.
